Tokenized Vault Foundation
The Tokenized Vault Foundation evolved from the ERC4626 Alliance to address the expanding needs of digital asset management, uniting developers, institutions, and industry leaders. Our mission is to drive adoption of standardized vault implementations that bridge traditional finance with decentralized innovation, enabling secure and efficient management of both digital and real-world assets. Through our stewardship of ERC4626, ERC7540, and ERC7575, we provide the foundation for building reliable, interoperable standards that serve the entire financial ecosystem.

Three complementary
ERC standards that enable secure and interoperable vault implementations across all financial sectors

ERC-4626
A standardized interface for tokenized vaults that enables users to deposit tokens and receive shares in return, optimizing integration across DeFi protocols and establishing consistent implementation patterns for yield-bearing tokens.

ERC-7540
An extension of ERC4626 that adds support for asynchronous deposits and redemptions, making it particularly valuable for real-world assets, undercollateralized lending, cross-chain protocols, and other use cases requiring time-delayed transactions.

ERC-7575
A multi-asset extension of ERC4626 that enables vaults to support multiple entry tokens for the same share token, allowing for more flexible vault structures like liquidity provider (LP) tokens and conversion between arbitrary external tokens.
